It is very conveniently situated two minutes from the seafront, swimming pool, five minutes from the busy harbour and museums. Convenient for Bus Stops and there are several restaurants nearby.

Fully fitted dining kitchen with five burner gas hob/electric double oven, dishwasher, fridge and fitted microwave. Utility Room with freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. Shower Room. Conservatory with Patio Doors. TV Video. Single Bedroom. Double Bedroom.
Upstairs
Lounge with flat screen TV, DVD player and Music centre, Patio Doors leading to the Balcony, which overlooks the enclosed garden. Bathroom with Bath and Shower. Twin Bedded room. All front facing rooms have sea views, and all the beds have electric blankets.
Booking & Charges
Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday during the season. Off season short breaks can be arranged. The charge is inclusive of all heating, electricity and bedlinen and towels.
High Season (main school holidays) £490 per week
Mid Season £420 per week
Low Season £350per week
