Exploring the Village

The village of St Abbs lies mostly facing the harbour and the sea. There are two main streets with housing along both sides and one which overlooks the harbour. The houses date from the early eighteen hundreds through to the last being built in the 1980s. It is a quite pretty village and all residents and holiday makers try to keep it clean and looked after. There are various paths that lead into the village from Coldingham or the beaches. They are safe and well kept.
